Sofie Birch is an artist working across sound, performance, and immersive formats, exploring listening, presence, and subtle transformation. Through her ongoing project Ambient Abracadabra—including live sessions, site-responsive gatherings, and a radio show on NTS Radio—she creates atmospheric works that unfold somewhere between concert, ritual, and installation.

Her practice weaves voice, instruments, spatial sound, and natural elements into intuitive, time-based experiences that invite audiences into slower, more receptive states. At times, her work includes gentle participatory elements such as guided attention, writing, or simple ritual structures—opening space for reflection and quiet perceptual shifts.

Alongside performances, she develops more intimate formats such as Inner Sound Sessions, group circles, and nature-based walks, extending her work into relational and participatory spaces. With a background in music and sound art, as well as creative mentoring, her practice moves between the artistic and the personal.

Her work unfolds across both staged and site-specific contexts, and is suitable for venues, festivals, exhibitions, and collaborative formats.
